Job Summary
The Guest Satisfaction Specialist will be responsible for maintaining guest survey reports, addressing questions or concerns from guests, and monitoring guest satisfaction metrics. The role involves collaborating with various departments to resolve guest issues promptly while providing exceptional customer service. Candidates must possess strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Familiarity with hotel/restaurant operations and guest satisfaction metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems
