Job Summary
Create an exceptional guest experience by educating clients on European Wax Center services, products, and Wax Pass benefits while upselling retail items and confirming add-on services. Administer check-ins, process payments and refunds, and manage reservation requests using the company app. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized lobby and restroom environment while performing opening and closing procedures. Work flexible days and hours, including weekends and evenings, to support daily administrative tasks and ensure timely arrival in required dress code.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to perform external or internal events
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings
- Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Ability to receive and provide feedback
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times as defined in the EWC Growth Associate Handbook
- Ability to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds
- E-Verify process completion
