Job Summary
Conduct guest-facing sales by educating clients on European Wax Center services, products, and Wax Pass benefits while upselling retail items and confirming add-on services. Process check-ins, check-outs, payments, and refunds; organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability. Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean lobby and restroom environment, and utilize EWC terminology to tailor guest interactions. This role requires a high school diploma, two years of customer service or retail experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to perform external or internal events
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings
- Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Ability to receive and provide feedback
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times as defined in the EWC Growth Associate Handbook
- Ability to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds
- E-Verify process completion
