Job Summary
Conduct guest service by educating clients on European Wax Center products, upselling retail items and Wax Passes, and tailoring responses using EWC terminology. Administer check-ins, process payments and refunds, and manage reservation books while confirming add-on services. Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean lobby and restroom environment, and ensure timely arrival in required dress code. Work flexible days and hours including weekends and evenings, with a salary of $14-$15 per hour plus commissions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to perform external or internal events
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings
- Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Ability to receive and provide feedback
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times as defined in the EWC Growth Associate Handbook
- Must lift and/or move items over 25 pounds
- E-Verify process completion
