Job Summary
Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products while educating guests on product recommendations, Wax Pass benefits, and app usage. Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring scripts to create memorable guest experiences. Administer check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing while organizing the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability. Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain a safe, clean, and organized lobby and restroom environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of customer service or sales experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to perform external or internal events
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings
- Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Ability to receive and provide feedback
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times as defined in the EWC Growth Associate Handbook
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Must lift and/or move items over 25 pounds
