Job Summary
Create an exceptional guest experience by educating visitors on European Wax Center services, products, and Wax Pass benefits while upselling retail items and confirming add-on services. Administer check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing, organize the reservation book, and inform guests of pre-booking app features. Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized lobby and restroom environment, and adhere to strict dress codes and terminology. Work flexible days and hours, including weekends and evenings, with a schedule determined by associate availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to perform external or internal events
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings
- Ability to receive and provide feedback
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times as defined in the EWC Growth Associate Handbook
- Must lift and/or move items over 25 pounds
- E-Verify process completion
