Job Summary
Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products while up-selling retail products and waxing services to guests. Educate clients on Wax Pass benefits and confirm each service, offering recommended add-ons. Administer check-ins, process payments and refunds, and inform guests of pre-booking app features. Organize the reservation book based on availability and perform opening and closing procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and visually pleasant lobby and restroom environment. Arrive timely in required dress code with a name tag, utilizing EWC terminology to create memorable experiences. Requires 2+ years in customer service or retail, flexibility for weekends/evenings, and ability to lift 25 pounds. Offers $17.50 hourly pay plus commissions, skincare discounts, and 401(k) eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to perform external or internal events
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings
- Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Ability to receive and provide feedback
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times as defined in the EWC Growth Associate Handbook
- Must lift and/or move items over 25 pounds
