Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service from start to finish by shaping each guest's experience in a welcoming environment. Work alongside a passionate team to help guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable while building strong relationships through friendly, positive, and professional communication. Engage guests to drive wax pass sales and earn commission-based compensation alongside performance bonuses. Maintain flexibility to support business needs by rotating through opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Full-time role available at our Boca Raton location with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.
