Job Summary
Guest Sales Associate responsible for shaping each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment; duties include opening/closing procedures, managing guest flow and reservations, educating guests on services and Wax Pass benefits to drive sales, maintaining front desk and retail areas, delivering personalized experiences, meeting performance goals, following company policies, and participating in training and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong team player in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for beauty and building guest relationships
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and reach items up to 6 feet high
- Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods (80%+ of shift)
- Day and evening shifts available, weekend availability required
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
