Job Summary
Create an exceptional guest experience by educating clients on European Wax Center services, products, and Wax Pass benefits while upselling retail items and confirming add-on recommendations. Administer check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservation requests, then organize the reservation book based on availability. Perform opening and closing procedures, maintaining a safe, clean, and visually pleasant environment in the lobby and restrooms. Arrive timely wearing required dress code and name tag, utilizing EWC terminology to tailor scripts and responses. Confirm each guest service and offer related add-on services. Work flexible days and hours, including weekends and evenings, with a positive demeanor to receive and provide feedback.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to perform external or internal events
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings
- Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Ability to receive and provide feedback
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times as defined in the EWC Growth Associate Handbook
- Ability to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds
