Job Summary
Conduct guest service and sales activities by educating clients on European Wax Center products, upselling retail items and Wax Passes, and tailoring standard responses to create memorable experiences. Administer check-ins, process payments and refunds, and organize the reservation book while performing opening and closing procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and visually pleasant lobby and restroom environment, adhering to dress code and name tag requirements. Requires high school diploma, 2+ years customer service experience, and flexibility for weekends and evenings. Earns $17.50 per hour plus up to $1,600 in annual commissions, with access to complementary waxing and skincare discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to perform external or internal events
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings
- Ability to receive and provide feedback
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times as defined in the EWC Growth Associate Handbook
- Must lift and/or move items over 25 pounds
