Job Summary
Identify and remove individuals required to be excluded or ejected from the licensed facility under section 1514/1515/1516 of the act and self-exclusion rules; complete annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training; promptly notify supervisors, casino compliance representatives, and State Police on exclusion; assist in transporting money, chips, and tokens; monitor access to restricted areas; respond to incidents and accidents; monitor for underage or banned patrons; work with CMS modules including Cage, Pit, Credit, Marketing, Players Club, Player Tracking, and Self-Exclusion display; complete safety inspections/logs and write reports; secure areas during incidents or emergencies; ensure safety of all customers and team; education and certifications required; must complete all company training; Gambling problem resources provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
- Must complete all required company training
