Job Summary
Guest Safety Officer responsible for the safety and well-being of guests and fellow employees at a casino. Patrols all casino areas to identify safety hazards and security breaches, assists civil authorities and guests with lost and found, enforces company policies, provides first aid when needed, verifies guest age (21+), escorts assets and sensitive keys, monitors for disturbances, completes required reports, and works a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Ability to monitor and report safety hazards
- Ability to provide first aid as necessary
- Must be able to verify guest age (21+)
- Must be well-groomed and present a professional appearance
- Must be able to complete written reports and comply with policies
