Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness and quality throughout daily assignments. Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, report maintenance deficiencies, and maintain confidentiality and security of all rooms. Return and restock the cart at the end of each shift, completing additional deep cleaning or seasonal functions as scheduled. Observe all house, safety, and security procedures while working a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with previous hotel experience preferred.
