Job Summary
Guest Room Attendant responsible for housekeeping of guest rooms, including thorough cleaning, restocking, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, changing linens and towels, and handling trash. Maintains guest room cleanliness and sanitation, stocks supplies, and prepares carts for next shift. Provides high level guest service, acknowledges guests, resolves issues, and responds to special guest requests. Adheres to safety and sanitation requirements, reports maintenance needs, and communicates with hotel staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Requires ability to perform physical tasks, maintain professional appearance, and work a flexible schedule; High School Diploma or GED preferred with housekeeping/hospitality experience preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Housekeeping experience preferred
- Hospitality / hotel work experience preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and consistent attendance
