Job Summary
Responsible for cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company and departmental standards, ensuring security of rooms and contents. Duties include changing bed linens, collecting and replenishing towels/linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, stocking and updating supplies, updating room status and completing departmental paperwork, and handling guest requests promptly. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods, push/pull/maneuver a heavy cart, and lift up to 30 pounds. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals is beneficial; ability to obtain necessary certifications/licenses. Emphasis on equal opportunity employment and completing other duties as assigned.
