Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness and maintaining quality throughout daily assignments. Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, report maintenance deficiencies, and observe all house, safety, and security procedures. Return and restock the cart at the end of each shift, completing additional deep cleaning or seasonal functions as scheduled. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with local knowledge of activities and attractions beneficial for clientele.
