Guest Room Attendant | State College Springhill Suites

Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness and reporting maintenance deficiencies. Handle guest complaints and requests while maintaining confidentiality and security of all rooms. Complete additional deep cleaning or seasonal functions as scheduled and return the restocked cart at the end of each shift. Observe all house, safety, and security procedures throughout daily assignments. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
