Clean guest rooms to the hotel's established standards of cleanliness; handle guest requests or complaints; report maintenance deficiencies; maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms; restock and return carts; perform deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning as scheduled; observe all safety regulations and procedures; communicate effectively with guests, management, and coworkers; knowledge of chemical handling and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
