Clean guest rooms to the hotel’s established standards, report maintenance deficiencies and guest requests, ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms, and perform daily assignments with priority on room cleanliness. Responsibilities include observing all housekeeping safety rules, handling chemicals properly, restocking carts, completing deep/seasonal cleaning as scheduled, and upholding guest satisfaction and security throughout shifts. Maintain effective communication with guests, management, and colleagues, and adapt to flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
