Guest Room Attendant | Jacksonville Holiday Inn

Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness and reporting any maintenance deficiencies. Handle guest complaints and requests while maintaining confidentiality and security of all rooms. Observe house, safety, and security procedures throughout daily assignments. Return and restock the cart at the end of each shift. Complete additional deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Minimum one year cleaning experience is required, with previous hotel experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
