Job Summary
Clean guest rooms to hotel standards; report maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints; maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms; observe housekeeping and safety procedures; restock and return carts at shift end; perform deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning as scheduled; adhere to franchise standards and provide quality customer service; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; work with management and co-workers to ensure guest satisfaction and a safe environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
