Job Summary
Clean and service assigned guest rooms to franchise and hotel standards, report maintenance deficiencies, and handle guest requests or complaints. Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest rooms; observe house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures. Complete deep cleaning/seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled and return/restock cart at end of shift. Requires minimum one year cleaning experience; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; knowledge of proper chemical handling; communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling
