Job Summary
Guest Room Attendant responsible for cleaning hotel rooms, hallways, and related areas to Belterra Casino Resort standards; provides superior customer service, handles safety and security duties, maintains equipment, and documents duties performed. Must have housekeeping experience (6 months), be at least 18, and able to obtain required licenses/certifications; flexible availability including weekends; hotel/gaming environment familiarity; capable of working with team to ensure high room quality and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 months of relevant Housekeeping experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations
- flexible availability, especially on weekends
- Ability to clean as directed at an acceptable performance rate
