Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and service of assigned guest rooms according to Hilton standards, handle guest requests and complaints, observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures; clean guest rooms by category priority, restock carts, and perform deep/seasonal cleaning as scheduled; report maintenance deficiencies and ensure confidentiality and security of all guest rooms; join in flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays; bilingual English/Spanish a plus and knowledge of local activities for clientele.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
