Job Summary
Clean guest rooms to hotel standards; report maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints; maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms; observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures; restock and return carts; perform additional deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning as scheduled; perform other duties as assigned. Requires at least one year of cleaning experience, ability to communicate with guests and staff, knowledge of chemical handling, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
