Job Summary
Clean guest rooms to the hotel's established standards of cleanliness, report maintenance deficiencies and guest requests, ensure guest confidentiality and security of rooms, observe safety and security procedures, restock carts and complete additional deep/seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires ability to communicate with guests and staff; knowledge of chemical handling; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Prior cleaning experience and hotel experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year cleaning experience
- previous hotel experience preferred
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele
