Job Summary
Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness and reporting any maintenance deficiencies. Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction while maintaining standards of quality and security throughout daily assignments. Return and restock the cart at shift end, complete additional deep cleaning or seasonal functions as scheduled, and observe all house, safety, and security procedures. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Minimum one year cleaning experience
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling
