Job Summary
Conduct thorough cleaning of hotel facilities and guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, scrubbing surfaces, and replenishing supplies. Remove used amenities and trash, inspect rooms for safety hazards or damage, and report maintenance issues or lost items to the Hotel Supervisor. Prepare rooms for guest arrival, respond to special requests, and update room status through the property management system. Maintain the cleaning cart and linen storage area while providing excellent service to internal and external guests. Ensure Skys the Limit guest service standards are met to keep guests happy and ensure repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year housekeeping experience
- At least 18 years of age
- The physical dexterity and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- An eye for detail
- Knowledge of mixing and using cleaning products safely and appropriately
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds, bend, stretch, kneel, and reach
- Successful passing of a pre-employment drug test
- Qualify for a Cahuilla Gaming License
- Includes an extensive background security check
