Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness and reporting any maintenance deficiencies. Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, restock the cart at the end of shift, and complete additional deep cleaning or seasonal functions as scheduled. Maintain quality standards throughout daily assignments while observing all house, safety, and security procedures. Ensure confidentiality of guest rooms and communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers. Bilingual English/Spanish and local knowledge are assets.
