Job Summary
Clean guest rooms as assigned to meet hotel cleanliness standards; report maintenance deficiencies and fulfill guest requests or respond to complaints; adhere to house, safety, and security procedures; observe confidentiality and security of guest rooms; restock supplies and perform deep cleaning/seasonal cleaning as scheduled; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; communicate effectively with guests and staff; knowledge of chemical handling; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; familiar with local activities and attractions for clientele.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year cleaning experience
- previous hotel experience preferred
- Ability to communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
