Guest Representative

Guest Service Representatives are often the first in-person contact for hotel guests, responsible for checking guests in and out, welcoming and registering guests, explaining accommodations and payment methods, answering inquiries with thorough knowledge of room categories, rates, and local amenities, processing reservations, and maintaining brand standards while providing courteous, efficient service; duties include cash handling, logging communications, assisting with deep-cleaning tasks, and supporting management as needed; candidates should be customer-focused, communicative, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
