Job Summary
Check all hotel guests in and out, register arrivals, and take reservations accurately while explaining accommodations and payment methods. Answer guest inquiries thoroughly using knowledge of room categories, rates, local area, and amenities. Resolve guest concerns immediately and courteously, maintain accounting and cash handling accuracy, and ensure all calls are answered professionally. Perform deep-cleaning tasks on guest rooms, comply with LodgeWorks and OSHA safety standards, and communicate emergency procedures to guests. Log pertinent information using hotel communication tools and work harmoniously with the team. Full-time role with competitive wages, PTO, and hotel discounts.
Required Qualifications
- A plus: Practiced, with six months' related experience in hospitality or a service industry.
- A must: Eager to be part of a great work culture and team.
- Capable of exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally.
- Capable of standing for an entire or shift or for an extended amount of time.
- Capable of reaching overhead, utilizing both hands, leaning over, stooping and kneeling.
