Job Summary
Check all hotel guests in and out in a confident, professional manner, welcoming and registering guests while explaining accommodations and establishing payment. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, amenities, and the local area to answer inquiries. Take reservations accurately and efficiently, maintain accuracy with accounting and cash handling, and ensure immediate responses to every guest comment or concern. Answer all calls courteously, log pertinent information using communication tools, and know emergency procedures to inform and assist guests. Accomplish deep-cleaning tasks of guest rooms and assist in any other duties as requested by management. Maintain regular attendance and comply with LodgeWorks and OSHA standards for safe, efficient operations.

- Capable of standing for an entire or shift or for an extended amount of time
- Capable of reaching overhead, utilizing both hands, leaning over, stooping and kneeling
- A must: Eager to be part of a great work culture and team
Desired Qualifications
- Practiced, with six months' related experience in hospitality or a service industry
