Guest Relations Team Member- Part Time

Sell tickets for parking, rides, and general admission while providing exemplary customer service to guests. Monitor butterfly doors in the conservatory, drive the staff shuttle, and serve as an attendant or greeter at the Shark Touch Tank, Dolphin presentation, South Lot, exit cart, and special events. Ensure overall visitor satisfaction through sales, register operations, crowd control, grounds maintenance, and possible attractions duties. Create value for each guest by suggestive selling. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and is essential to the Zoo's mission to protect nature and inspire people.
