Job Summary
Guest Relations Supervisor at a hotel property focuses on maintaining high guest satisfaction through proactive communications and coordination with multiple departments. Responsibilities include making pre-arrival, mid-stay, and post-stay calls to guests; compiling and distributing anticipated services; resolving guest requests by coordinating with Bell, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security; ensuring outstanding issues from the previous day are resolved; following up to verify guest satisfaction; collecting guest feedback and translating results to department managers; recognizing special occasions and organizing related activities; maintaining VIP procedures; guiding guests on health-related inquiries and coordinating with medical staff when needed; handling lost and found items; responding to guest inquiry forms and written suggestions; documenting activities for communication to guest rooms; supporting environmental and energy-saving initiatives; and ensuring quality management systems are implemented while performing other duties as assigned. Education requirement: at least a Bachelor’s Degree; Experience: at least 4 years in the industry; Languages: proficiency in English and Arabic, with additional Arabic/German/French/Russian language skills as advantageous.
