Job Summary
Part-Time Guest Relations Specialist at Rosegate Commons Assisted Living. Greet visitors and residents, assist with directions, operate the telephone system, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Build ongoing relationships with residents and families to support ongoing customer satisfaction. Evening shifts and occasional additional shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
