Job Summary
Provide a warm, friendly welcome to patients and guests while accurately identifying individuals using multiple identifiers. Manage wait times and update guests on status as needed, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times. Assist with information requests and alleviate anxiety or frustration during the initial entry process into the facility. Exhibit proper telephone etiquette and maintain a professional, optimistic image while demonstrating superior communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. This part-time role supports Hudson Regional Health's mission to deliver modern, patient-first care across four integrated hospitals in Hudson County.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Bilingual (English and Spanish fluently)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Typing/keyboard skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
