Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor while accurately identifying individuals using multiple identifiers. Manage reception routines, provide wait time updates, and alleviate anxiety by offering clear information and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. Exhibit superior telephone etiquette and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to ensure all guests feel welcomed and supported throughout their initial interaction with the facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Bilingual (English and Spanish fluently)
- Influenza Vaccination
- Basic computer knowledge
- Typing/keyboard skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Ability to complete reception routine accurately identifying patients with multiple means of identifiers
- Presentable and well mannered
- Genuine care for growth and improvement
- Passion for guest service
- Ability to ensure that guest and patients are kept updated of wait time (if necessary)
- Ability to observe and respect the privacy and confidentiality of patient
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a smile at all times
