Job Summary
Guest Relations Representative II at Great Parks Administrative Office in Cincinnati, OH. Part-time role with 8-hour shifts 2-3 days per week and 4-5 hour shifts on weekends/evenings seasonally. Primary duties include greeting guests, handling reservations for picnic shelters, lodges, auditoriums, and banquet rooms, plus online reservations (golf tee times, camping), and operating a Point of Sale system. Performs basic clerical tasks with emphasis on a computerized reservation system and call-center software; opens/closes the office, maintains cleanliness, and handles cash procedures with deposits. Must maintain confidentiality and follow park policies; standard practice allows escalation to supervisor for questionable situations. Requires good public relations and prior customer service experience; must meet identity/employment eligibility requirements. License requirement: State Motor Vehicle Operator’s License per GPHC guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Demonstrable skill in maintaining good public relations
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of original appointment as a condition of employment in compliance with Immigration Reform and Control Act requirements.
- State Motor Vehicle Operator’s License that meets GPHC current carrier guidelines
