Job Summary
Conduct customer service transactions at the desk, including cashiering, lottery, Western Union, and license sales. Maintain exceptional service by adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies and monitoring the front end to ensure associates focus on clients. Evaluate carry-out offers and provide efficient parcel pick-up service while assisting other departments as needed. Develop knowledge of office and bookkeeping functions and comply with all company policies, dress code, and physical requirements for lifting and standing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
