Job Summary
Conduct customer service transactions at the desk, including cashiering, lottery, Western Union, and license sales. Maintain exceptional service by adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies and monitoring the front end to ensure associates focus on clients. Assist with office functions, stocking tobacco areas, and managing carry-out or parcel pick-up services. Evaluate carry-out efficiency while complying with all company policies, dress codes, and physical requirements for lifting and moving materials.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
- Ability to stoop.
- Ability to kneel.
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
