Job Summary
Conduct exceptional customer service for all clientele while adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies. Manage transactions at the customer service desk, including cashiering, lottery, Western Union, and hunting and fishing license sales. Monitor the Front End to ensure associates focus on customers and evaluate carry-out and parcel pick-up efficiency. Assist other departments as needed, including stocking tobacco areas, and maintain knowledge of all customer service functions and office bookkeeping duties. This full-time entry-level role requires good vision, hearing, and the ability to lift 50 lb. boxes and work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
