Job Summary
Maintain exceptional customer service for all clientele by adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies and managing transactions at the customer service desk, including cashiering, lottery, Western Union, and money orders. Evaluate carry-out offers to ensure quick, efficient parcel pick-up service while watching the Front End to verify associate focus. Assist other departments as needed, such as stocking tobacco areas, and develop knowledge of office and bookkeeping functions at the store level. Comply with all company policies, dress code, and name tag requirements while performing basic physical tasks involving lifting 50 lb. boxes and using sharp instruments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
