Job Summary
Conduct customer service transactions including cashiering, lottery, Western Union, and license sales while adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies. Monitor the Front End to ensure associates focus on clients and evaluate carry-out and parcel pick-up efficiency. Assist other departments as needed, such as stocking tobacco areas, and develop knowledge of office and bookkeeping functions. Maintain training on all service transactions and comply with company policies, dress code, and physical requirements for lifting and moving materials.
Required Qualifications
