Job Summary
Guest Relations Executive - Japanese at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include promoting guest relations across departments, monitoring VIP initiatives, creating personalized amenity programmes, analyzing guest data to enhance retention, escorting arriving VIPs/celebrities, and ensuring communication of management instructions while upholding LQE standards. Requires minimum SPM qualification (hotel-school graduate preferred), 3+ years experience, fluent in Japanese and English, and computer/typing skills with PMS knowledge. Required Qualifications
