Job Summary

The Host(ess) welcomes guests and provides exceptional service during dining in collaboration with servers, manages the host stand and reservation book, advises on table setup, ensures cleanliness and proper table readiness, and develops a working knowledge of menus and restaurant information to deliver memorable guest experiences within Four Seasons Hotel Milano’s Offsite/Onsite Banqueting team.

Required Qualifications

  • One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet
  • previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian
