Job Summary
Guest Relations role at The Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge leading Front Office operations, acting as Manager on Duty, and driving guest experience and service excellence. Responsibilities include serving as primary contact for guests and VIPs, supervising Front Office, Concierge, and Host teams, coordinating with Housekeeping/F&B/Maintenance/Meetings & Events, managing guest feedback and service recovery, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and safety procedures, and fostering a guest-focused culture through coaching and collaboration. Requires Opera Cloud/Opera experience, hotel reception or guest relations background, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and a calm, detail-oriented, professional approach.

- Previous experience in a hotel reception or guest relations role
