Job Summary
Guest Relations Manager responsible for the front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met, and managing all hotel areas to provide superior guest service while upholding brand and Concord standards. Acts as manager on duty, trains front desk staff in procedures (check-in/check-out, telephone, amenities, computer systems) and financial controls (cash, vouchers, inventories, receivables), and leads a cohesive team with a proactive, caring approach to guest interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or front desk operations
- Leadership/management experience
- Ability to train and develop front desk staff
