Job Summary
Guest Relations Host role focusing on delivering personalized luxury service throughout guests’ stay, anticipating needs, handling inquiries/requests/feedback and resolving issues promptly. Coordinates with Housekeeping, F&B, and Concierge to fulfill guest needs; assists with VIP arrivals and special occasions; records guest preferences and feedback; supports check-in/check-out; promotes hotel services and experiences; maintains confidentiality of guest information; aims to elevate guest satisfaction and service excellence in a luxury hotel setting.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in guest services, front office, concierge, or hospitality roles (luxury hotel experience preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
